Repair Squad provides electronic device repair services (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) as well as the sale of accessories and related products through its online store.
2. Orders and Appointments
Any order placed on the online store or repair appointment booked through the Site is subject to availability. Repair Squad reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order or appointment in the event of an error, stock shortage, or reasonable doubt.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Online payments are securely processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
4. Repair Warranty
Repairs performed by Repair Squad are covered by a warranty, the duration of which is specified at the time of the transaction. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, or third-party intervention after the repair.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of Repair Squad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Repair Squad shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
